About the OeTTINGER personnel development program

As a family business steeped in tradition, we cultivate a very special working environment. We believe it is important to express our appreciation in order to motivate employees. Our brewery also consciously takes a unique approach in this aspect – we call it: the OeTTINGER personnel development program. With this scheme, we have been making a total of EUR 2,500 per quarter available at each OeTTINGER location since 2014 in the form of donations to charitable causes that our employees are involved in during their free time. In this way, we are able to give something back in return for what our employees give every day, and say a heartfelt “thank you for your commitment”!
