I AM ALWAYS WALKING AROUND OR SITTING ON MY FORKLIFT – ALWAYS READY FOR ACTION
As a Master Loader in the Logistics department, I am constantly on the go in and around our warehouses: we check our stock levels every day and agree them closely with Production. After all, we need to have enough in stock so that we can react flexibly to customers’ wishes. It is also my responsibility to load the beer crates into the lorries, which head out from the warehouses directly to the retail chains. When I carry the beer crates on my forklift for loading, I can honestly say that I have turned my hobby into my job: fetching beer.
OeTTINGER – VALUE-FOR-MONEY IN THE INTERESTS OF THE CONSUMER
From a logistics point of view, our own fleet of motortrucks is definitely a unique feature at OeTTINGER. OeTTINGER has around 200 trucks out on the road, delivering our range of beers and sodas directly to supermarkets and large as well as small drinks retailers. This enables us to avoid unnecessary costs. We pass this benefit onto consumers, who are then able to purchase OeTTINGER products at a reasonable price, without this affecting the quality. Value-for-money in the interests of the consumer – that’s OeTTINGER.
I LIKE MOVING FAST IN MY FREE TIME AS I DO IN THE BREWERY: ON MY MOTORCYCLE
If I’m not out and about with my forklift in the warehouse, I like to head out on the road on my motorcycle. At the moment I am especially busy with the renovation of my house. Like in the brewery, there’s always something that needs doing and nothing ever stands still. But then every free minute naturally belongs to my wife and my two children
Original OeTTINGER Export has always been and will always be my favorite beer.
