Foundation wins 2014 photographic competition
The slogan says that “Young people from the region of Swabia and Franconia in need of funding are waiting in the wings and looking to the future as a friend of the foundation.”
On German Foundation Day, the Günther and Ingrid Kollmar Foundation took part in a competition run by the Federal Association of German Foundations in Berlin.
The photograph submitted was chosen by the judging panel as the winner of the 2014 Photographic Competition. The prize for the Günther and Ingrid Kollmar Foundation is the possibility of publishing its aims and the direction it is pursuing in special pages dedicated to foundations in “DIE ZEIT” newspaper in the first half of 2015.
Once again this year, German Foundation Day is on 1 October. On this day across the length and breadth of the country, foundations publicise their work and the opportunities for funding in the regions.
