You’ve stopped being good when you’ve stopped being better! This was the slogan for the agenda of the first Oettinger Brewery QA Technology Conference held in mid-April attended by managers and senior personnel from all sites in Oettingen.  This pioneering ‘first’ was hosted by Managing Directors Dr. Andreas Boettger and Bernhard Wenninger. The key aim of the event was to analyse, agree the details and further optimise the production process – from mashing right through to filtration – between the individual sites.

Quality assurance affects everyone: attendees at the QA Technology Conference and shareholders of the Forstquell Brewery in Fürnheim.
