Monde Selection 2015: OeTTINGER wheat beer awarded international quality prize

Globally successful: the outstanding quality of OeTTINGER’s popular wheat beer in cans was presented with the highest “Gold” award in Lisbon on 1 June. OeTTINGER Managing Director Dr. Karl Liebl accepted the prestigious award in person in Portugal. “Here at OETTINGER we set extremely exacting standards for quality and safety – above and beyond normal industry standards,” according to Dr. Liebl. “We are therefore thrilled that this commitment has been rewarded with the Monde Selection Gold Award.”

The Monde Selection International Institute for Quality Selection has been presenting its internationally renowned quality award to consumer goods from around the world for over 50 years, thereby rewarding companies for their quality control and development. Monde Selection has been working closely with Belgian specialists, including lecturers and engineers from the INSTITUT MEURICE, to assess and evaluate beers, waters and soft drinks.
